Amber Allen

Director of Administrative Services


Ms. Amber Allen serves as the Director of Administrative Services for the Office of the Provost and Executive Vice President overseeing the unit’s human resources and fiscal operations. Her portfolio includes leadership in budgeting, accounting, personnel management, grants administration, and strategic planning. As a key member of the provost’s senior leadership team, Ms. Allen advises Associate Provosts, Unit Directors, and College Deans on provost policies and procedures, supervises administrative staff, manages the university Letter of Appointment tuition module, and manages critical funding streams for the University.

Ms. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from the University of Florida. She earned her Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Santa Fe College, graduating with high honors and recognition as an esteemed Santa Fe Scholar. Ms. Allen holds multiple nominations for the UF Superior Accomplishment Award and was selected to participate in the UF Academy Leadership Development Program.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Allen served as Assistant Director in the University Budget Office, where she directed budgetary planning and financial review for both the Provost and President’s offices. In this capacity, she served as Fund Administrator, HR Liaison, and University-Level Access Security Approver.
