Charming 1940s home on a quiet corner lot
We love this house! It's a 1940s craftsman style home in the Duckpond area, close to both campus and downtown. The home is flooded with light and full of architectural detail. Original hardwood floors, eat-in kitchen, and very cozy furniture. We are currently set up with one bedroom and two offices. We love to cook and have a fully stocked kitchen. We’ll leave a small library of literature, and there’s a 55” Roku TV with sound bar. Outside is a lovely, fully fenced yard with deck, fire pit, and hammock.
