UF campus is a 4-7 minute drive away (depending on if you get red lights or green) or a quick 10-15 minute bike ride (whether your pace is quick or leisurely). And, as mentioned above, it's a quick 6-10 minute drive to/from the Gainesville Airport.
There is a high efficiency central heat & air system as well as a full size washer & dryer on site. We ask that folks please not smoke anywhere inside or outside on the property. No pets, please.
